Your Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will work directly alongside the CEO. You are the bridge between our customers and our product, the person who makes sure every club we work with gets real value, fast.

Day-to-day you'll onboard new clubs, guide them through the platform, and make sure they're actually using it in a way that changes how they work.

When they have friction, you fix it. When they have needs, you translate them into something the product team can build. When they're happy, you make sure they stay that way.

This is not a support role. This is a commercial role. You own the relationship after the deal is signed, and you'll be the reason clubs renew and expand.
